This place has markedly improved over the past few years. As others have said, the split-level rooms are quite nice and worth the usually modest increase in rate.

Perfect spot to end a business trip (while still earning SPG points ) in the Bay Area. Close to the rental car return, gas station , and SFO. Self-serve laundry, and a decent breakfast too.

Free Wi-fi and reasonably priced food for a hotel . Location is a little secluded, so it's really for airport layover if you don't have a car...but overall decent room...

Bilevel suites are nice, simply appointed, comfortable . Wifi is really slow but Internet speed with Ethernet cable is fine and if you travel with your own wireless converter it's fine.

Small hotel , But I love the two-story, loft suites. If you're an SPG member be sure to ask for an upgrade.

Above average hotel located right off the 101 near SFO. Rooms look recently refreshed

This is a good value for 3000 starpoints. The executive suite upgrade only appears to include the jacuzzi tub . Decent hotel for an airport stay.

I really tried to like this place, despite our room being on the freeway , the air conditioner breaking in the 1st room, the next room barely cooled, the list is too long. The only + was the bed.

Convenient location by airport . Bar closes at 10pm

I couldn't sleep from the sound of the air conditioner in the other room.Even though our room's air conditioner is turned off, there is noise from the side. I would definitely not recommend

Right off the 101 freeway near to airport off course

This hotel is a little rough around the edges. Thin walls and floors let you hear all your neighbors. Noisy AC . Bad coffee and no milk at the coffee bar at 6:00am. Front desk was no help with this.

If you're SPG gold or higher, ask for the bi-level suite. Best hotel room near SFO hands down!

Love the loft suites but be prepared for some painfully slow wi-fi.

Not a bad spot if you need a one night stay before you leave for your flight/business venture in the morning. Mediocre food & the friendliest person on staff was the bar tender.

Unmarked Ice machines are in the exercise rooms which do smell a bit foul. Nice hotel all around

The rooms don't have a/c. Windows only open a crack. Gold status didn't get me anything.won't be back.
