Our patrons enjoy eating dinner at Trio before attending shows in the Center theater (it's within close walking distance - only a block away). The waffle fries with blue cheese fondue are to die for!

A see and be seen venue with an amazing menu. Wonderful open kitchen and brick oven . Nightly specials from lamb to fish . Well-inspired, creative offerings with excellent service, even better flavors.

The BLT soup was great - very subtle with the bacon and an excellent smoky tomato base. The lamb shank was also tasty as was the lobster gnocchi and the oven roasted s'more . Great place!

Everything we ordered was worth a compliment: The Buffalo Carpaccio , Arugula Salad , Gnocchi , Kansas City Steak , Bouillabaisse , and vanilla ice cream . Roll me home!

Mussels , beet salad , waffle fries and short rib pappardelle are a must. Get them. So far, best meal in Jackson.

We loved this rest-- great service & excellent food. Pizza was awesome, as was the soup and paninis . Atmosphere was perfect, too. Gotta try the grapefruit martini . Yum!! Kids even loved it.

Wonderful bistro-style restaurant with local flair. Excellent menu - don't miss the pizzas and fun cocktails !

One of the best restaurants in Jackson. Will never be dissapointed. Half bottles of wine are a plus. Entire menu is exquisite.

don't believe the other reviewers. Waffle fries are soggy and tasteless. Cheese fondue for waffle fries tasted like mashed potatoes . It just didn't go together. Spinach side dish was super salty.
