A kind staff upgraded us to a deluxe room for free when she saw there were 3 of us with one room! It's a pretty decent hotel . The location is a little off though. Other than that, no complains :)

The worst 4 stars hotel Ive ever been to. Hotel is dirty . Ground bathroom smell like wet dog, you can't even breath in it. Some employees are unrespectful & rude. Seriously, go elsewhere. Wifi is good

Stayed for 5d 4n at Level 13. Room facing flats :( friendly service . Food average but its choc pudding tastes good! Parking quite gloomy though

The lobby is over populated and has limited seats available. If u were to wait for check in u have to either stand or sit in the restaurant and has a very poor air conditioning system

In a good location, free parking available. Rooms are quite spacious but the service is horrible. Staffs are rude and dont ever bother to answer you. Try to get a newer hotel , they dont deserve 4stars
