An amazing market . The food market is fabulous with fruit , vegetables , meat, poultry , seafood , you name it. Also has clothing , food stalls , jewelry , cigarettes, furniture , and an actual kitchen sink .

Really recommend doing a tour here with Cartagena Connections. You get so much more from the experience. They take you to find great food know all the characters, explain all the produce.

Don't bring anything with you that you wouldn't mind getting lost/stolen. Lots of pick pockets, cat calling, and shouting - but interesting / fun if you go before it gets too dark. Don't go alone !

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Believe me there is nothing "authentic " in this place. Of course everything is ridiculously cheap but the products are very low level.

Llegar en la madrugada para conseguir los productos frescos y salir antes de los trancones.

La verdad la experiencia no fue agradable, el mercado lamentablemente no está pensado para recibir turismo , es eso, un mercado , desordenado, ruidoso y sucio.
