Bio Bay clear bottom kayaks .. Best way to see it. Nice guys when they show up. If they cancel for some reason, don't expect a call.. You will need to figure out what happened the next day.
Really nice guys . We rented a snorkel set and a scooter from them. No complaints. Two thumbs up!
Check to make sure that your fins are the right size and that your masks are water tight before you get too far away to do anything about it.
Bring an extra shirt , you have to wear a shirt while snorkeling !!!

Book a trip with Vieques Adventure Company - preferably the 9-11pm slot as it's less crowded on the bay. They have transparent kayaks and their tour staff is awesome to boot. - Kevin Chan
