Gold Plus Rewards member? Walk past the desk and out the sliding doors to the Gold Plus counter. No line !

Wonderful car return person drove me to my gate so I would not miss my flight. What great service!! Made my day! Thank You Hertz!!

Hertz line was much pretty quick compared to budget and Avis, car selection is kinda limited though

i requested gps, but THE MAN wanted to charge $13/day. priceline reserved full size car for me for some reason. the guy instead said he can give me free gps but with midsize car. i took it! HAHAHA

Contrary to the other reviews, I never have an issue when renting from this hertz they're very cooperative

This HertZ is terrible. Since when is a reservation not a reservation ? I've waited 50 minutes for my car, so far. They gave my rental away the first time. No apologies, no customer service.

Not great. Had to wait 45 minutes for my reservation , during which they tried to sell me paid upgrades . Then I had to switch cars twice and wait in line to exit.

Hertz gold is alway so easy!

Apparently their express self-service doesn't work if you booked through hotwire.

Been there twice as a gold member with an active reservation and my name was not on the board. Definitely not the best managed Hertz location . I complained and they gave me a cheap upgrade , though.

Consistently the slowest Hertz location . Even with Gold there is always some issue. On two separate occasions, staff didn't know the difference between a child seat and a booster seat .
