Sorry Hera had a bad visit; I've always found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and courteous.
Watch you don't get short-changed by distracted staff ! Otherwise the coffee is decent and doesn't spill from the takeaway cups like Starbucks' does!
Their cheese and pastrami bagels are TO DIE FOR
