Beeeeauuutiful space and environment. Family’s having lunch , people reading inside the glass building. Really nice place!
Free and beautiful. Two main houses. Mostly green plants unless we missed the blooming seasons. Public toilets on the east side behind Kibbler (one of the glass houses ).
A beautiful park in the West End - runners, dog walkers and cyclists alike all hang out here. Very popular in the summer, but a great space to just ‘get away from it all’ - plenty of room for all

Looking for a great space to just ‘get away from it all’ A beautiful park in the West End - runners, dog walkers & cyclists all hang out here. Very popular in the summer - plenty of space for all!
Wander around until you find your new favourite spot to chill . After my first visit, I knew it would be a regular refuge for my partner and I on those sunny days!
The gorgeous hilly grounds make the perfect place for a picnic lunch . There are also organised walks and concerts in summer -- have a look at the noticeboard near the entrance to see what’s on.
Though this is a place to learn about botany, it is also home to some incredible Victorian glasshouses . If the sun comes out (unlikely) it’s a great spot to bask.
Check out the herb garden . It has variety of herbs that you can help yourself with when nobody's looking.
Another great people watching and relaxing destination in the West End with beautiful plants and flowers .
Kibble Palace , an impressive Victorian iron and glass structure dating from 1873, is one of the largest glasshouses in Britain; check out the herb garden , too, with its medicinal species.
The glasshouse is AMAZING! They recreate tropical conditions to a T!
With sections of 350-million-year-old fossilised trees lying around just as they were found, Fossil Grove is an intriguing site. To get here, take bus 44 from the city centre to Victoria Park .
Make sure you visit the less busy top end, gardens and pagoda.
Wonderful place to walk around and it’s free to do so
The old house is now a good wee coffee shop . Madeleine Smith's (alleged Victorian poisoner's lover) Pierre L'Angelier used to visit and live here.
The lush grounds don’t seem that popular with locals (except on sunny weekends) and away from the entrance you may just about have the place to yourself.
Oasis in the West End of Glasgow. Great place to relax or explore the glasshouses .
I like it in summer time. Many different planets and flowers . So colorful
Glass houses open every day from 10. Nice places to wander, explore or just hide from the rain.
The best thing about walking into these beautiful gardens is the noise of Great Western Rd quickly receding into the background.
Commando X-Fit offers a extensive range of services to help our members reach their fitness and health goals.
Wonderful place. There are beautiful carp in the glasshouse pond .
Beautiful Garden . If you like indoor gardens then look no further.

On cool days. Go into the palm house, rest a while and go back out.
Take some nuts to feed squirrels, they are everywhere :)
