ラーメン ジェノバ 740円。中細ストレート麺 。薄切りの炙りチャーシュー 2枚、白髪ネギ、玉ねぎ、青ネギ。スープ はしっかりとジェノベーゼでありながら、とんこつ も見事に活きている。和洋折衷系のメニューは数あれど、ここまで鮮やかに共存できているのは珍しい。「進化系」と言ってまったく差し支えない、必食の一杯。
돈코츠라멘에 바질페스토가 들어간 라멘제노바가 유명합니다. 먹다가 타바스코 소스를 살짝 뿌려먹는 것도 별미라고 하니 도전해 보시길! 한국어 메뉴도 있으니 필요하신 분은 요청하세요.
