The falls are beautiful, but make sure to see the upper and lower falls! Hike the Lakeshore trail nearby to see the Agate Beach and CCC buildings. Gets pretty busy during weekends.
Amazing hiking and beautiful scenery . The falls are a short walk from the parking lot and are free to visit! Great visitor lodge and gift shop as well .
Cool state park . Great campsites , clean facilities , amazing views of the Superior Lake and the start of the Gichi Gami Trail .
This is one of the busiest state parks in Minnesota. To get away from the crowds, hike down from the falls along the river down to Lake Suoerior. Pack a picnic for lunch .
Give yourself enough time to see the Falls, follow the hiking trails upstream along the Gooseberry River , then finish off your day with a picnic down at the lake .
Nature's water park . Beautiful scenery , but on a hot Sunday, it's packed with families swimming .
I've been when the falls are gushing and when they're pretty dry. Either way, very beautiful and tons of hiking .
Absolutely stunning views and lovely trails . Expect to work up a sweat.
Best time to visit this early in the morning when the light is perfect and the crowds are light.

Take the long walk upstream. Easy walk, lots to see.
Beautiful waterfalls - check out all 3 levels.
Wading in the water and under the falls after the long walk is very refreshing

Check out the visitor center they are helpful and there are a lot of cool mounts too
Free access to the park from the visitor center
Come before 10 on weekends!
When using the path instead of stairs don't turn foot on side of path
