Susu is set within a renovated old courtyard home. Vietnamese chefs craft a mix of rustic and innovative cuisine to match the surroundings. Zesty spring rolls, salads & comforting clay pots offset a carefully chosen list of wines and house cocktails shaken with homemade bitters and syrups.

The place was hard to find but it was worth it. I'm a Vietnamese and i've been trying few diffrerent places of Vietnamese Cuisine , so far this one is the best i can find in Beijing.
Love the hidden location and he surprise reveal. Whatever you do get all the spring rolls and deserts !
Housed in one of the most stunning renovated courtyard spaces in Beijing, this Vietnamese restaurant offers very good food. The Vietnamese spring rolls are a must-order. House cocktails are good, too.
Vietnam coffee good. Coffee Carmel Pudding sucks! Bun Bo Hui, the best in Beijing. Their service is great because they even allow me to order while I'm still in the traffic.
Romantic little Vietnamese place , truly hidden away (make sure you have accurate maps). Great food, decent prices.
Very nice and comfortable place but difficult to find. The cocktail were ok, food was very good. I liked the vegetarian spring roll and beef noodles . Would surely visit again.
The whole experience of finding this charming place in the middle of a hutong already pays off. Place is charming with outdoor siting. spring rolls with were quite good although not exceptional.
The sets are worth it as they come with an appetizer , drink and meal. The broth of the beef pho is really delicious.
Papaya salad is a must, the hutong area is beautiful and place is very cosy and their courtyard is great. It gets busy at lunch time.
Spring rolls , spring rolls , and more spring rolls , and Vietnamese coffee . You can't go wrong.
nice outdoor courtyard in Beijing. But prepare for a mosquitoes fight. Foods are great!
Nice Food! Love the Spring rolls .
Not where advertised but worth looking for. Lovely food and atmosphere
Love the interior and the food was done really well ! The bahn mi was delicious.
Nice atmosphere and good service . Some dishes are excellent (such as spicy tuna roll ) and some quite mediocre (lemongrass chicken ).
Love their shrimp salad ...and phô also quite authentic
Top one choice for a late night talk
For great summer time, make reservation , get a seat at the rooftop patio or courtyard .
Most workers in the area can direct you. Take the first right once you enter the hutong .
Good lunch deal (RMB62 pho set includes fresh roll and drink). Weak wifi . Perpetually packed.
Haven't had a bad dish here. Portions are generous, so be careful not to order too much.
Delicious, fresh, and friendly service . Loved it.
Nice place, well designed. Food is good but there's better place to have Vietnamese food in Beijing.
I walked around for 2 hrs and couldn’t find the place. I thought I finally got there because I was on Qianliang Hutong but maybe I was on the wrong side.????????♀️ Very difficult to find.
Food and relaxing place if empty like right now
Reserve on the upper outside balcony in advance! It's wonderfull!
Fresh spring rolls
nice vietnam food in town .
Sit upstairs and dine al fresco when the AQI is low.
The food is so-so - not terrible but not amazing. The space is nicely designed though, and they have a nice outdoor courtyard and roof terrace .
Go for Papaya salad and noudle soup :-)
Ask for the fish sauce for fresh spring rolls . Only if you ask.
It's really quite impressive entering this place. You can't believe it's down this dead end alley!

口味比较清淡,肉类菜品口感都非常好。吸引许多外国人来。非常难找的位置,「酒香不怕巷子深」
越南菜。環境好,味道也還行。
露台氣氛很棒,需预约。
Very nice place. Good beer, good food, and very good music! A very nice alternative to chinese restaurants. - Phil Romann
Really good Vietnamese food on the 3rd floor of Taikooli. Get the pho or banh mi. Both are delicious. Add a Vietnamese coffee to complete meal - Peter
Nice walking street, love all the trendy and tasty food stall and magnificent fashion items! The must to visit !! - natscracker c
