The best "Bečka schnitzel " in town . Try the istrian steak , you'll thank me. Very friendly staff , except for one loud waiter . Ignore him. The prices are very reasonable and the location is great.
Definitely a good place with good food and kind service . The fish plate for 2 is big and delicious. Excellent Djuvec rice !
Don't let the name trick you. They offer a huge variety of foods. Try the plates for two. Either fish or meat. You may need a third person for them :)

Avoid this place they served a pizza from the Lidl (literally) and the Aperol is so small that you can drink it at once. The prices are really high for this quality.

Basically the very middle of the city center. Just wander through the streets til you get to the top. Wander around outside on the ramparts to get some good views. - Remo Malarik
