The different plates are worth different amounts of yen. The blue rimmed plates contain wasabi . The striped color rim plates do NOT have wasabi . The fancier blue plates cost more. (see pic for prices)

Excellent conveyor belt sushi . Bit hard to find. Follow the signs for the Kintetsu Line , then go down into the shopping street Asty Road . You’ll find Musashi on the left, coming from the station.

Took ages to find this place. It's on the ground floor south side of the train station next door to McDonalds. Find that and you'll find this sushi train . Good sushi and cold beer !

Fun experience to try new options. Line was about 30 minutes at 6pm on a Thursday. The fish is not as fresh as other restaurants (much comes from packages), but the prices are very affordable

If you come in from the Kyoto station , go upstairs one floor using the escalators to the right , then go left across the bridge over the tracks onto the west side. It's downstairs to the left.

Absolutely worth getting in line for! Cheap but sooo good. They even have blowfish (Fugu ) / had 11 plates, paid 2100yen. Only veer, tap water or green tea

Good value for money . Good sushi , not great, but the location compensates. If you are not into wasabi look out for plate colour . Different colours mean different quantity of wasabi .

Nice place to have a pretty cheap sushi meal. Every plate is 130¥ each. Very fresh and tasty, good compromise between price and quality.

If you're feeling adventurous, try the Basashi (horsemeat and mane sushi ) when it rolls by!
