Hotel is more concern about $$$ than their patron conveniences. My family & I was unfortunate enough to experience it 1st hand. Room was good, though it was not as promised, and food was accessible.

House keeping didn't clean the cup well . Don't use it. When I return to room after work, all my coins placed on table was also swept away.

Seat at lobby so limited, its like playing musical chair, i hav to catch a seat, if im lucky. Hehe. Bed just will do, nevertheless fittings seem outdated. Location is somehow convinient.

The room I had didn't have a clean bathroom (hairs, stain on wall - looked like blood/chocolate), malfunctioned sink stopper and broken shower door. Price and location wise, can't complain.

Really disappointed with the service here. Checked-in on Nov 30 (Room 1216). There isn't any free power outlet in the room. Only two; one for the lamp & the other for the mini fridge .

While taking a shower , the bathroom flooded. Notified the Front Desk twice but no action. I'm checking in to Hotel Parkroyal tomorrow.

Defo not worth the price. Nothing executive or deluxe about the executive deluxe room. Room looks old and nothing like in photo. Very poor buffet spread. Not coming back for sure.
