One of the best places in Kandy. The staff is very friendly , and were surprisingly quick at serving food and drink, and got the order right in one shot. Come around 5.30 for a perfect subset viewing .

Great place—the owner (Michael) is a friendly Brit with great stories. If you’re looking for a mid-afternoon beer , note that their alcohol licence is only 11am-2pm and 5pm-11pm.

Cool roof terrace bar on the hill overlooking the lake where you can sip a beer , grab some good value chinese/western food all to a funky soundtrack. Highly recommended.

We liked everything very much: the food, the service, the view . Happy Hour starts at 5PM, before that time the place is ultra quiet and empty. Would very recommend Clay pot eggplant !

As the name suggested atmosphere is slightly chilled. From the balcony you can get a gorgeous view of the Kandy town . Visiting on a evening is highly recommended.

The food isn’t bad although it’s more like foreigner Chinese food — too much slimy sauces, always put sugar in any given dish, the boss is nice but the Chinese wife has the stinkiest face in the world

The music was a good mix. Lotsa retro but later in the night it became techno. Place closed by 1200 am. Last order 1030. Strangely I tried ordering food at 1027 and it was all closed
