Wow! A definite visit whilst in York. The Full English breakfasts (both normal and veggie ) were some of the best we've ever had. Would go back to York just for here!
Proper Northern style fryup. Gets quite busy on the weekends so try to get there early. You also pay less before 11am
They spread a lot of butter on their toast . You should Ask if you don't want it!
An excellent place to eat and drink just out of city centre but no too far away from train station .
Pleasant old fashioned cafe
Great value breakfast before 11
Breakfasts are lovely and cheaper before 11am (£4.95)
Expensive! £4.55 for egg on toast !
Warm & welcoming atmosphere, with attentive staff. Simple menu of well prepared & tasty meals & snacks. - Kes The Big Man
Very knowledgable and passionate staff. Good selection of beans, supplied by HasBean. Possibly the best coffee in York (but try Spring Espresso too, and see which you prefer). - Chris Phillips
Amazing cafe in Rowntree's park. Beautiful interiors, great menu, books to read and borrow. Brilliant place to visit with kids. A huge improvement from last cafe and a great venture from York library - DeliciousNessy
Beautiful and large carhedral. Lots of people made a long queue in cold winter night to watch Christmas Carol there! - Vivi Wiguna
