Hit or miss... Generally I go thru the drive thru no problem but was very disappointed they were out of pumpkin muffins when they are pics of them plastered on everything for the season...

Worst experience I've had at a DD. The girl charge us for three donuts rather than the 2 we ordered. Then completely forgot our change of $11.44 and has no idea how to refund us.
Half the time they're really nice and half the time they're really rude. Same with getting your order correct.
Customer service was rude, donuts lacked DD quality, tables were beyond dirty , and bathrooms were dirty . Not a good experience for us!
This place sucks big time. Slow service. Lazy, rude employees. And they got our order completely wrong through the drive through. Ten bucks for a dozen doughnuts ? Save yourself the headache.
