Too many people moan about the staff or food but they forget it's a 3 star hotel where they get much more than 3 star service & utilities. This is great value for money (got free Breakfast & WiFi ) :-)
Five minute walk to ponte vecchio bridge and uffizi gallery . Michael angelo is around 15-20 minutes walk. Situated right at the middle of everything. Quiet area . basic but sparking neat room.
It's a really wonderful 4star hotel !! Amazing river view , cosy rooms , a little expensive but it really worths it

Great hotel , but consistently burnt espresso
Wifi is now 6 Euros, not free. Shower left a lot to be desired. Room was awkward and very loud from the street below. Glad we were only here for one night!
