Great hotel , very western but with Japanese flair. Free wifi for guests throughout the hotel . Easy 20 minute walk to / from the station and cool sights / temples / bars etc.

Loved this hotel ! Couldn't fault much at all! Loved the room and the staff were extremely helpful! Would be great if there was a shuttle service of sorts to Kyoto Station!

Great hotel with large Japanese style bath. It is a bit of a walk to the train so we took cabs mostly. This adds to your expenses because it's not close to most spots you'll want to be.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The breakfast is great if expensive . The rooms have thin walls so bring earplugs. Otherwise, perfect.

The breakfast expérience is awful : yiu have at 7h30am to ve registered on a waiting and to queue up. You have also to tell rude and uneducated russian and american people how to behave

外資系だけあって、外国のお客さんが多い。スタッフ の態度は、日本人客に対してよりも外人に対しての態度の方がいい気がする。 You can feel Japanese culture with the interior and the garden. And the staffs speak English.They are kind to foreigners than Japanese.

静か で落ち着いた雰囲気でお部屋も快適 です。コンビニなど買い物できるところは近くにありません。でも京都からタクシー で5分位、640-800円程度なので便利です。三十三間堂がすぐ近くなのもうれしい。朝食 のビュッフェも楽しみの一つです。
