It's a lovely and quiet place to stay when in Baguio for a business trip. They need to do something about their internet connection though.
Each room makes you feel at home. Staff are very friendly and approachable. Nice view and size for a hotel . Not too big or too small.
Friendly staff , great dining, beautiful garden and room is clean and tidy.
try the penthouse, much better than the exec suite
Great Hotel ! Great rooms and service ! Must try the fried ice cream at the hotels resto, and bliss cafe as well !
A must to drop by at their bliss cafe :)
Good place to stay here in Baguio
Get an executive suite with loft if you're bringing the whole family
It was an okay hotel . Hope the ceiling fan would work though and that they had whiter, fluffier towels.
Hassle-free online booking .
No in-room internet connection ????
Nice room and service . Food at Flora Cafe (buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast ) are cold and bland. Get food somewhere else.
Nice hotel !
Flora Cafe's buffet breakfast has improved – they now have more options. - R U S S
Comfy & classy !!! Nice rooms also compare to manor. The malt room bar is such a cool bar, very relaxing ! - Dream Wardrobe Boutique Store
Clean Hotel, Nice attendants, Delicious Food :) Try their banana Loaf :) But I just hope their rooms have screen and bathroom have exhaust fan:p but overall Great - Mint Lee
Better to reserve a room before heading to Baguio. Staff is very friendly and food is affordable and good! There are bands every night and a pool table. - Sasha Apacible-Gomez
Sizzling plate is a must try. Specially their porterhouse steak - Jonah Gadinggan
I love their ube jam and lengua de gato. - Mary Joy
So much has improved over the past year! There's now a ramp and newly concreted steps to replace the old wobbly and dangerous stones. The sellers are organized and it's all so clean! Go for the corn! - Monica Trajano
