Crazy place with everything: gold, plush, marble , candles, white peacocks and black swans in the garden . On the tasteless side if you ask me, but the crowd that goes there does enjoy it.

If you need internet while you stay here, bring a network cable - wifi is here, but NOT reliable even when you are able to get a connection. I had as many dropped packets as delivered!

Kempinski disposes with one of the best conference and event venues in the whole city of Sofia. Professionality at its best. 10/10

Just stayed at this hotel (known as Marinela) for a Jehovah's Witness convention it was a nice place to stay for over a week, staff was very kind and helpful.

Make sure to call and reserve a table in advance for the garden in the summer to avoid disappointment . It's very popular

Attractive elegant reception welcomes you. Rooms are ok. Cleaning is poor. Wifi wasnt good so they changed our room. Breakfast is average. They serve omelette . Friendly staff . 7/10

I come here for drinks, as there are several options. However,clubs are not ventilated (i.e. megami) the lobby bar / terrace is fancy , but they don't even know how to make a Gin/tonic. 👎🏼

Excellent conference room , but the horrible food ruined the experience of the lovely seminar I attended!

Ask for Deluxe room. Small price difference vs Standard room, BIG difference in accommodation!

The junior suites are very spacious although I wish the TV sets were larger.

Breakfast ... it is a mess! Place is clearly understaffed. Tables are not being cleaned quick enough (or at all). No silverware, no milk , etc. Overall I see some improvements, but mostly low-quality...

It's very bad place, personal is mad, housekeeping don't change bed for new guests and if you will work in this place, so administrative support make your life like a hell

Absolutely nothing bad rooms from 1970 around 60% of the hotel . Rooms smells bad. They smoking everywhere even though it's say it's no smoking. You don't say no to the Mafia

Always go for a renovated room .

Teen istasyonuna biraz uzak tepede bit yerde. Ic mekani cok iyi olsa da merkeze de biraz uzak. Dinlenmeye iyidir ama gezmeye degil.

Хороший отель , но расположен совсем не в центре. Пешком добраться до центра не очень удобно.
