Even thought the hotel looks older from the outside, the inside has been completely renovated with 40" flat screen TVs an nice beds. Walk able to downtown Asheville. Reasonably priced. Great find!
Great friendly staff , amazing steaks in the chop house restaurant on site, but THE INTERNET SUCKS!!! it is painfully slow and I was there for business and net access was a necessity not a luxury .
As always good accommodations, within walking distance of so many things, just take a stroll and you have bars and tons of places to eat and explore!
I would highly recommend any tourists traveling through Asheville, to stay at the Sheraton! I can't begin to tell you how nice this place was! The front desk receptionists and staff are so friendly !
Great downtown hotel . Close to everything. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Arrived 3.5 hours before check in and a room was available.

Nice rooms but terrible internet
Don't stay on the floor below the lobby. It smells like moist pine tree car air fresher and house keeping is yelling starting (non stop) at 8am.
Below average Four Points. Not much to choose from in Nashville, however.
Don't stay here. Check in was at 3. We had a reservation and hour later, they still have no rooms available.
Wifi service doesn't work on my MacBook or iPhone. Told that, "it must not be compatible." Right.
