Please do not confuse Historic Jamestowne with the Jamestown Settlement ..... The photo with the kids eating and the fountain is the Jamestown Settlement NOT the NPS Historic Jamestowne!
There are 2 settlements . The one with the ships and the actual fort I personally like the actual fort with the church and museum They are also doing a lot of archeological digs there very interesting

Thoroughly impressed with Jamestown! This place is so educational and made me want to learn even more about the area! - Dawn Sanders
The reason we came to Williamsburg was to support the Jamestown Settlers reenactment. This was a wonderful experience and I need to come back. - Kellie Black
This mock village is about as accurate as it gets. Inspired by an actual village excavated elsewhere and knowledge from existing tribes the site transports you in time to early American. - Chad Hembree
Amazing craftsmanship and ability to see the process up close and personal. It is great the people are so skilled and informative. The place is large enough for big groups. Must see in Jamestown. - James C
