Everybody will complain about the prices, but hey! Sit down relax & get yourself a coffee (all of them tastes like heaven) + an exquisite Italian Pastry ! It's not everyday that you are in Firenze :)

Must go to cashiers to pay before ordering. Had cappuccino and espresso , standing. Great croissants all same price must specify which type you need when at the counter. Great stop while visiting domo.

I have enjoyed everything i have tried here especially the coffee . My last server was Bella. She is wonderful

The process of packing to-go desserts reminded me of the scene from "Love Actually" where Rowan Atkinson was packing the present for Alan Rikman. The only thing they didn't do was throw flower petals.

Right by the Duomo and expect to pay high prices because of that. But delightful place to sit, have a coffee and soak in the atmosphere.

We came here because it was included in our hotel package. We certainly wouldn't have come otherwise. The service and environment is undeservedly pretencious. The food is not fantastic.

Overpriced in terms of dessert . Avoid this the tiramisu for it lacks any good flavour and is extremely creamy. Nice strong espresso , not for the faint hearted.

They tried to make us pay more said its 29.50 and when I asked about it and told him to write another complete bill about the things I ordered and their prices he came back and told us its 25,50

Been there several times.Very bad experience in january.Very poor service be prepared to an hour wait before you can order and pay.As a tourist I certainly didn't feel welcome.What is their problem?
