Free tea upon arrival, pleasant and helpful staff who spoke very good english, free breakfast every morning which had a variety of food. The room was clean and comfortable . A++
There's just a few rooms with bed for couples, but have a good and fast WiFi . Try not to get one of the rooms on the back because the sound of the partys at the city may annoy during the night

Pedí cuarto matrimonial y nos dieron dos camas simples juntas, con colchones desgastados. La ducha no está regulada, el agua sale hirviendo o fría . La atención del personal y el wifi son buenos.

Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Food choices are limited, but good quality and tasty. Rooms are jus “Novotel stile” functional and minimalistic. The interior patio arcade is a plus. - Fernando L
