Wow.... What a great location!! Just near the old city of Jerusalem
Great staff and good breakfast . And always stay in a room away from the main road . The Buses are LOUD .
Try to get an executive room. Ibrahim, the manager if the Executive lounge is charming and most helpful! A gem!
Unbelievably inefficient I had to have my door key recoded every time I wanted to go in.... Front desk largely ... hallways Old and beat up
Clean rooms , good breakfast .
Take the superior room upgrade, the difference in bathrooms is worth it.
Speak spanish ? Ask for Andrea in the front desk !Hablas español ? Pide por Andrea en la recepcion !
Also in Passover they have a great pizza at the lobby...
Great lobby and nice staff !
Food is excellent but the rooms are really in need of an update.
We stayed 3 nights without a working shower . Only could take baths. All they did for us was a dinner voucher that we couldn't use since we had other plans. I was not impressed.
Very disappointed! We got 2 twin rooms for about $600 for 2 nights. Hair all over the place, not perfectly clean . The shoes and bathrobe from one room were missing...
There's free wifi in the lobby.
Rude staff , bad customer service, bad beds, very small pool area...it's a classic over-priced hotel . If you want a nice hotel go to the Har Tzion hotel around the corner to get you're money's worth
Didn't renew the shampoo and lotion on day 1 . And staff isn't as friendly as expected. But all in all- could have been worse.
Executive lounge worth it!!!
The breakfast buffet is fine but avoid the sparse room service options.
Un hotel muy recomendable para los que quieran visitar Jerusalem.
A dormir porque mañana temprano para España
My favorite hotel in Jerusalem! The nicest and most helpful staff in the city! - Lily Sironi
Check out the Western Wall on a Friday at dusk... although you won't be able to take pictures, the Shabbot celebration is truly magical. - EL AL USA
Wonderful bass filet and grilled vegetables, great entrée (on the house) - Vincent Touquet
Although it doesn't have a wide spectrum of shops, it's nicely designed, convenient if you are Jerusalem and don't want to drive out to bigger malls and it also has nice coffee shops for a quick bite - Walid Fakhouri
