This hotel exceeds expectations. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special. First time at a Delta, and will certainly not be my last. Rooms awesome, pool awesome, staff beyond awesome.

Their contemporary and efficiently designed room is very small, dining space is open and airy. Excellent view and space in the Penthouse level- Panorama Room.
Great spot to stop by, relax and open a laptop and enjoy wifi . Nice view from top floor.
So far the room is spacious and well appointed and the staff are awesome and accommodating!
Hotel is nice after renovations yet the room is still lacking some basics like a blackout curtain to block the sun, a mini-bar fridge and a safe to store valuable items and money.
Delta have shelled out to modernize the building, the staff on the hand, seem to be a holdover from the 1-star Delta days. Rough. Very, very rough.

It's no Marriott, but it's real close to the only Centretown strip club for the chauvinistic male traveler.
The staff is excellent but I won't be staying here again. Temperature in the room is impossible to control. TV doesn’t show what channel you’re on. No fan in washroom for showers …
Under construction ....pool is not kid friendly , elevators incredibly slow...:(
Rooms are in desperate need of upgrade...and Delta is apparently investing. Won't stay here again until they complete the transition.
Horrible service, smelly rooms and almost every extra will cost you money. Not what I expected from a crowne plaza .
