Very modern hotel , with spacious conference and ballrooms , ever polite staff and tasty Sunday brunch options. Also great views of the city . Attached to the Rideau Center which is nice in the winter

Location, rooms clean spacious and comfy beds ! Room service and food is very good and consistent. My hotel of choice when I'm in the area for business.

Self parking is shared with Rideau Center Shopping Mall . Very welcoming Excellent polite staff ! Upgrade to king deluxe for the view from extra large Westin windows.

Breakfast meusli is delicious if you want something hearty and fresh. Beautiful fresh fruit on top in abundance!

Great location! Just 2 blocks away from Parliament Hill . Rideau Centre is in the same building, just in the 3rd floor. Parking is 25 for 24 hours .

Comfy rooms , great beds. Shore Club lobby bar/restaurant is lively and fun. Highly recommended.

Can't beat the location or the service. Also loved that they had skates you could borrow this winter to use on the Canada 150 ice rink.

The sandwiches in the 3rd floor walk up restaurant are fabulous - especially when toasted. A great inexpensive lunch !

Elevators are always slow but the new improvements have made them slightly better. Great place to stay, shop and eat. Close to everything.

Breakfast buffet is very good eggs Benny and beans. Good food that puts meat on you bones and warms your belly

Rideau Canal - during winter the canal is turned into the largest / longest skating rink in the world.

Easy access to Rideau Centre (indoor entrance) so if you like convenience, this place is good for you.

It is a nice hotel , but if you are a wi-fi freak , keep in mind that there is no free wifi in the rooms but it is available in the lobby

Service when we got in was not good and our reservation messed up but was soon sorted , try the restaurant ; very good food!

The salt water pool is very refreshing. Great way to burn some stress and calories.

The rooms are amazing. But the other night the maid left our door open for 4 hours untill we got back 10k worth of electronics in room. Told front desk all we got was a oops sorry.

Unfortunately, wifi sucks at the Westin , so don't try to attempt any work from your room. Hot water showers , too and I have been a Starwoods preferred guest for years

Why oh why 13.95 a day for wi-fi. With the price of rooms it should be FREE!!
