The buffalo prime rib is the best thing I've eaten in my entire life! Elk chop was delicious but buffalo was just unspeakably perfect. Skip the trout stuffed with crab . Top it off with bread pudding .

Had the Bison sirloin off their game menu and it was outstanding! Hubby had the elk chop and it was out of this world! Highly recommend.

I ordered the Rocky Mountain rainbow trout and it was delicious! Although it kind of creeped me out having a dead stuffed buffalo watch me eat. I would also recommend the tenderloin.

After considering everything, I recommend the following 3 things - buffalo prime rib , elk chop , ribeye . I wish I had tried the garlic mashed .
