You can grab a free shuttle that leaves to the Old City every few minutes. All you need to do is park your car in the station’s parking lot and you’ll be able to enjoy the services of the shuttle.
Nice vivid place with a couple of restaurants and small bars in the evenings, and a market place during days. Always some cultural events at the open stage: music , cinema or something. Very nice!
Particularly a-buzz on Friday mornings, when Jerusalemites kick off the weekend with an excellent Israeli breakfast while kids partake in a host of family fun activities.
It's not the Tahana of tel aviv but it's very cute . Loads of space and shops/cafes. They just opened an organic market as well . Nice and quiet in the morning.
In 1998, a new train station was opened in Malcha and this elegant building, with its classic architecture , was left abandoned. It didn’t take long for city planners to realize the potential.
You can rent bicycles of different types and for different ages. There is a bicycle track from the station along the old railway track towards tge Germsn Colony.
A great little gourmet food market . Like a middle-eastern version of SF's ferry building.
Located between the Old City and the newer city center, between the German Colony and Yemin Moshe neighborhoods .
An excellent selection of restaurants and cafes , with the option to dine inside or out.
