If you don't want to shell out for the Metropole then this is a very good value five star option. Well designed, L'Occitane bathroom products & spacious rooms . Ask for a room with lake view .

Buffet breakfast is very good compared to some other 5* hotels . (Regular?) Guests will get a complentary drink at the Song Hong Bar , which has great performance in early evenings.

The Panorama Lounge on 20th Floor is really nice. The restaurants (Brasserie and Ming) are satisfied.

For platinum member, access to club lounge , free wifi , welcome drink . Great value n friendly staff .

The level 20 rooftop bar is the best way to enjoy a panoramic view of Hanoi. Order your favorite drink and bring good company.
