Friendly and helpful staff . Hotel is spacious and clean too. Worth the stay as expected from Sunway group.

Good and friendly staff that take pride in their work. Room is spacious . Theme park is a minute or two away from hotel .

When I was just in, the toilet bowl dirty .. And u can hear ppl beside ur room talkin (dunno why ppl talk so load in public place)!!

No fridge in room. More like apartment instead of hotel . A lot of ants in room 241. Classical room is rm500 a night(but agoda is rm300). Not worth it because bad room environment, cheap furniture .

Lost world, lost words. Bad service, security guards very rude, no parking for guest near hotel , request for towels , only provide additional one, toothbrush cost RM2.50!!??? Think twice!!!
