Entrance, pathetic. Lobby is okay. Room Wifi sucks. Food is nice, gets boring after consecutive days. Scenic view , well , it's as good as any high rise building. Tho, this hotel is far by walking.

basement parking is not always available. after 6 its gonna be full.

Very very very poor service & mgt! Rude staffs ! Call drpd bilik susah gila nak angkat sampai nak kena call guna handphone. Very stupid. But the manager En Azli was good in handling the issue arose.
