Scenery is spectacular and awesome,chalets remind me of pelangi beach resort langkawi.staffs should be more friendly and should converse well in english.afterall its a 5star resort !food is so-so.

Hard for the first timer to determine which way to the lobby or reception as no clear signage. The room is at par for a resort status. The room layout is awesome but the room maintenance is poor.

1. Room was not ready even at 4pm.. Arrived 2.30pm.. Wait and wait... 2. Verandah restaurant was not ready for customer... Dark, lights were off.. Just not appealing.. 3. Staffs were slow. Hate it!!
