It’s one more tower of course, but gives you an awesome view to whole Kyōto to plan your activities. Also nice gift shops and a great kimono rental.
B1 is a surprisingly decent place to eat, especially if you like exposed air-con hipster vibes .

京阪電鉄の系列がやってる。名称の由来は京都タワーへの「参道」それに「3つのコンセプト」、自宅でもない職場でもない「サードプレイス」の意味を含ませたものなんだとか。
