A recent addition to the York Beer scene courtesy of the Leeds Brewery but feels like it's always been there. Huge selection of real ales , cozy , friendly and vibrant atmosphere.
As well as enjoying a great choice of beer you can eat here. Try the Sausage and Mash , Delicious.
Great value sandwiches with proper potato chips to die for!!! The beer range is stunning too
A pub serving good beer and food just outside York station.
nice atmosphere, quiet
Some lovely beers on. Certainly revisiting in the future
Good beers in a good atmosphere
Location is the only good thing about this place. The food is awful - half the chips were stale and the excuse was that they are triple cooked. Hard, lifeless and inedible. Eat elsewhere
Lovely pub , great wine
Well kept ale .
The lack of customers says it all
Too central to be any good.
Real hidden gem - the courtyard area is super cozy, with fairy lights and patio heaters. Settle down and enjoy. - Lidia Vorontsova
Hidden away down a narrow street just off Micklegate. Tends to be quiet outside peak times & seasons. A good range of pumps including real ales from small breweries. A recent local CAMRA award winner. - Dave Milne
One word: gorgeous! The tour is really worth (even with kids). We enjoyed all stories the man told us. - Jordi Ortiz
Chorizo in scrumpy and Cheese platter are awesome! - Ducky Blog
