Beautiful park and a great spot for Hanami ! Go there at the end of the afternoon and just sit on a bamboo mat (don't forget to take your shoes of) and have a beer or sake and something to eat!

If you get a chance to come here when all the food stalls are up, prepare for some of the best street food in Kyoto!

The garden is absolutely stunning! The atmosphere is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. Don't miss the chance to visit while in Kyoto. I highly recommend it to everyone!

When the sakura are in full bloom, this park becomes Kyoto's most crowded spot for "Hanami ". The centerpiece of the park is a tall shidarezakura (weeping cherry tree ), which gets lit up at night.

Great night scene during Sakura (~March / April) - The locals are out in full force, bring a park blanket and some food and drinks and camp out for a few hours.

Come to see cherry blossoms ! The pathways will lead you all over the place to different little sites and sounds. Play it by ear and explore.

平安神宮・無鄰庵等を作庭した小川治兵衛氏作の回遊式日本庭園 があります。

벚꽃 만개한 시기(4월 초)에, 야간 개장을 해서 들어갈 수 있었어요. 벚꽃도 정말 많고, 간이 상점도 많아서. 먹고, 보고, 마시고, 놀기 좋았어요. 다들 늦게까지 삼삼오오 모여서 꽃놀이 즐기기에 여념이 없더라고요. 중간에 200년이상 된 벚꽃이 정말 장관이에요~ 정말 넓어서 벚꽃 끝도 없이 보았답니다.

Très belle balade à faire dans le parc , commencer par le gros cerisier et faite le tour en sens inverse.

桜の頃、夜に来るのがオススメ。ライトアップされた桜は綺麗です
