Museum Shop & Café is a café Kagawa located in Japan.
直島町3418 (ベネッセハウス ミュージアム 2F) Kagawa , Kagawa Japan
Even if u have seen the Museum 's perm art collection on a previous trip, this cafe 's food & cakes make it worth the 1000¥ entrance fee just to come in to dine and sit and relax.
Cafe is next to the shop on the 3rd flr. Must try the area's specialty: Setouchi Olive Pop! Food is seasonal and we had pumpkin soup that look thin but was actually rather creamy and yummylicious!
Only two meal items on the menu so not a whole lot of variety but the squid ink curry was not bad. There’s also a more traditional Japanese restaurant in the museum .

Great space on top of a hill. Get here through the bus service from the port. They have a cafe, a restaurant and a gift shop. - Ahn Bustamante
This museum is a great display of Ufan's work in a superb Ando construction, but if you're not into his work (it's not flashy)-and you have limited time-this would be a place to skip. I ❤️ it though! - Gregory Fisher
