Best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life and in Italy so far. I've eaten from almost 12 ice cream shops in Rome and Florence but this has the best ice cream . I strongly recommend.

We've been to 4 diff Gelaterias, this was the BEST. The white chocolate pistachio gelato was amazing, so was the chocolate hazelnut . I always order in a cup, I feel that you get more gelato that way

Wonderful! 4th gelateria we tried in Florence (all with a 9+ rating) and by far the best. Good selection of flavours. Tiramisu cream, cheesecake , black cherry and pineapple (sorbet ) were delicious!

All flavours are delicious. The icecream has creamy tasty texture and the prices are very good. I eat tones of icecream in Italy every time I come here, and this gelateria is, by far, the best!

This is the best gelato I've had in Italy...I've had lots of gelato in Italy. Try the Yogurt & Nutella - great combination. Pistachio is a solid choice, so is Bacio/Hazelnut.

Mind blowingly good. By far the best in Florence for traditional / chocolatey flavors (check out Gellateria della Passera for fruity / seasonal flavors ). And .50 euro cheaper than most places to boot!

Less hectic than most top gelaterias & I had time to gleefully plot my flavors from exciting choices! Chocolate w/ hazelnut was fabulous & salted peanuts was like a rich, creamy peanut butter dream.

A very good selection of flavours. For once I avoided fruity ones and took a creamy and delicious monster gelato . "Ricotta e pera" was heavenly.

Too good to be true. There is a vegan chocolate flavor option which tastes just like paradise for any chocolate lover and the fruit flavors are also vegan !

Great flavours & you can sit on the bridge eating it & looking at the Ponte Vecchio. My new favourite place after Gelateria de Neri were rude to me. Good price too.

There are two gelaterias near to each other. Both are tasty, and I suppose some like the other place better. But for my money, this is it! Try he "After Eight" or "Tiramisu " (with real ladyfingers).

Ok gelato . It is a very solid choice but the huge queues are not justified. Gelato lacked creaminess. Try gelateria santa trinita just down the street instead, better ice cream . Recommended 3/5 cones .

There’s no such thing as too much gelato , and the panna cotta with wafers proves why.

Even the smallest size consists of two scoops so choose your flavors wisely! (But my sense is there are no wrong choices.)
