Definitely NOT the best in a town like this that has a great tradition in ice cream making.EVERY legal "Produzione propria" will offer some flavours they excell in & others you'll find just plain good

The best chocolate gelato we had in Tuscany ! Said to be the best in Florence, too. The salty caramel was a slight disappointment, more himalaya salt next time! :)

I have been here before and i must say-after 4 years of experimenting with other places Grom is absolutely the best. Quality gelato in the very heart of Firenze!

Ice cream is quite good but so ate the other 500 places in Florence. You go there for the Asian tourist action which is quite an experience. Regarding ice cream flavors , I liked Sicilian lemon :-)

Big scoops for 2.5€.had a cone with straciatella and rasberry .the rasberry one was awesome.the straciatella not that great. There is a big cue usually.

Not bad at all. It's one of the gelaterie most famous in Florence. Their prices have become too high. You can find similiar ice cream good as well but less expensive . :)
