If you plan to see a ticketed specialty show in Colonial Williamsburg buy tickets early in the day. They were sold out of both shows we wanted to see when we went to purchase tix at 5p.

I recommend seeing the "Cry Witch" program they have. The people who put it on do a great job, and the audience gets to interact! The earlier you get in the line , the better seat you get.

Start your tour of Williamsburg here. Try to get there before 10:30 when they start the "Revolutionary City " with re-enactors outside. Gives glimpse of life in Williamsburg during revolutionary era.
