Lovely rooms, nice staff and a great location, highly recommended
The internet is really weak. The connection keeps going out. We were here for three nights and got to experience it again and again. Go go Starbucks if you something important to do.
Bit awkward having to get a lift to the 1st floor then walking down a long corridor to a 2nd set of lifts to reach your room! Ask reception to change your room! Navigating back whilst drunk is a no no
We had a three months early reservation . They gave us thei oldest and filthiest room, with no air conditioning . Above that everything else was good enough
Cafe bar good for business meetings , excellent riverside view , feels discreet
Some rooms require a complicated route to get to, changing lifts on the first floor. Pay attention when you are told how to reach your room!

Lovely stay and conference at The Royal York. They catered well for my dietary requirements and the gym is well equipped. Breakfast avocado on toast was delicious as well as the homemade granola - Stephanie Muzzall
